Viewing a Pay Period

To view a Pay Period

  1. Click View > Pay Periods from the menu bar. The Pay Periods screen opens.
  2. Enter your search criteria in the Pay Periods search panel, and then click Search . The pay periods that match your search criteria appear in the Search Results pane.
  3. Double-click a pay period with a status of Pending. The Pay Period Form screen opens.

Note: Alternately, you can right-click on a pay period with a status of Unused , and then click Open Pay Period from the mini-toolbar.
Only one pay period can be opened at a time.
